Cincinnati head coach Mick Cronin is in attendance at Gahanna Lincoln to check out '16 PF/C Nick Ward

The kid's body is made to play the low post. Wish he was 3" taller because his game is more suited to play center. Still with his skill set you add him if you can. Like I said, God made the kid to play low post basketball.

If he was 3" taller he would not be interested in UC, he would be going to Duke, NC, UK etc...

Isn't he 6'9"?

No, he is about 6'7", about the same height as his teammate Matt Moyer who is committed to Syracuse.

Yes, Jack you are most likely correct. I heard the other night it is between Mich State and Kansas State.

I'd love to start getting some top talent out of Ohio, Ward and Jarron Cumberland are two guys who have caught Mick's eye. Of course we would all love Rawle Alkins out of NYC. Hopefully with 2015 seemingly wrapped up (Depending on the Jamaree Strickland situation) Mick and his staff can get an early jump on 2016 and reel in some top talent.

I stand corrected. I was at the game Friday night, his mom told me he is 6'9", 236. Moyer was announced at 6'8". I think I read the 6'7" part in the local Gahanna paper previewing the team.
