Any reason not to offer Simpson at this point? He's a consensus top 100 guy. 3 open 'ships, never hurts to have depth at the 1.
I like how one was "If you get an offer from UC, you better take it homie!" Call him up Mick
I'll take 3 more players from king James team. Sometimes just to sit at table u have sacrifice. We should make sure we always get one of the top 3 players off that team every year.Cumberland has the exposure and credibility to help show other recruits that UC is a good school to go to. Who knows where this could lead for UC going forward.
Simpson retweeted:might as well take that UC offer and wrap it up.
I'm guessing we pick up a fourth to the 2016 class pretty soon. It's shaping up to be Mick's best yet. It's super encouraging to see the momentum building year in and year out.
Sounds like he already has an offer.

This is so exciting. Tons of momentum for the program right now.
So I watched some tape of Cumberland, impressed with his positioning on the court, his vision and seems to have a high "basketball IQ" (even though I'm not a fan of that term), he distributes well and looks smooth to the rim. A couple things I noticed to improve upon are the high dribble which someone mentioned earlier and the most important in my mind is his follow through on shots. Yes he makes shots at a high percentage, but I strongly believe he could be even better if he had a better follow through, he's very short and jerky now, get that smoothed out and hold it and he will be even more consistent. This kids future and potential are so high, I love this signing and the others this week as well. How exciting is it to be a Bearcat fan?
He reminds me some of Sean Kilpatrick on a bigger natural frame. I don't know if he has the foot speed to become an NBA player but he certainly has the potential to be a great college scorer.
Perfect. While having NBA players is great for recruiting and showcasing your school, I'll take the guys that are studs for 4 years in college over the ones that play a year or two, then bolt before winning anything.
