I like to be more positive. If he played in so called whack league and weak team. Then why can he cone here with better players and coaching and improve his game? You can't recruit a guy that's proven to score 20+ against elite competition on consistent basis to come sign here to play behind KJ.

I smell a bulldog.......

Stop acting like were Kentucky. There isn't a transfer in the WORLD that scored 2x the points as our highest returning player come here to sit the bench for depth. We have been trying to fill this last scholarship with guards the entire off season. We have ZERO returning frontcourt players. Why haven't we heard anything about us going after a big?

You claimed Mick isn't happy with his young guards. That is 100% false. What he would like to add is a proven scorer that can help them transition this coming season. Has zero to do with not liking the talent he has on hand. Simply wants to improve it...

You always look to improve your team. Recruiting is never over. Period. Some people can't understand this which is beyond me.

most don't understand competition for PT is huge for getting the most out of your team. The better the competition the better the practices, the better the practices the better the team. You can never have enough depth as well because injuries happen every year. Tough practices make the games seem easy

Saw this on a Tennessee board...

According to both sources, Octeus is initially focusing on four programs — Tennessee, UCLA, Baylor and Cincinnati

@wesrucker247
#Vols one of 4 programs solidly in mix for talented Colorado State guard transfer Jon Octeus: http://t.co/78qyZViNuM #Bolts

Seems like conflicting info...either way we're mentioned in both. I'd tend to think the Tennessee 247 guy is a way better source.

@Future150
Colorado State transfer Jon Octeus says Nebraska is now showing interest. The Huskers join UCLA, Missouri, Cincinnati, Tennessee, & Baylor.

How does his list keep growing? You'd this he would start narrowing it down. Also weird that some schools are just now showing interest. A little late to the party.

If you get a chance to add experience and talent you add it. Simply silly to assume Mick doesn't like his young guards. Not to mention GG coming off surgery. Though things are supposedly progressing well you never know about durability.

7'3 center Jordan Omogbehin will leave USF and have 2 years of eligibility remaining, per his AAU program.

Wont hurt them too much. Never saw much PT
