While he needs to clean up the turnovers and improve defensively, Haywood is exactly what we are looking for in terms of an efficient scorer, as NTS noted. He would have led last year's team in True Shooting % (.603) and Effective Field Goal % (.565). He'd be a welcomed addition.
we would've been top 5 if SK had him as his running mate this year.

As expected, UC doesn't make the cut...

USC transfer Byron Wesley has cut his list to Pitt, Gonzaga, and Oklahoma State, sources told @CBSSports. Visits still TBD.

This may put us in a good spot with Stewart, he was considering Oklahoma State.

I could see Stewart picking USC just bc it's closer to home. It'd obviously be a terrible decision. Not just bc he wouldn't be at UC, but I don't think Enfield is all that great and they are in pretty bad shape as a program.

Probably not a starting-caliber player, but should add some depth. Averaged 8 minutes per game as a freshman at Florida Atlantic. Didn't bother looking up his JUCO stats since the njcaa.org website is a trainwreck and seems to keep inaccurate stats as we learned with Torian Graham.

Going to be a long line for this one. Averaged 13 points, 3 assists, and shot 38% from 3.

A source says Maryland sophomore Seth Allen has asked for his release from the program.

Text from Mark Turgeon on Seth Allen asking for his release: "Not correct."

Is it possible that next week at this time we'll have at least 1 more 2014 commit? I'm saying definitely yes, and I think we'll get Haywood first.

Myles Turner committed to Texas. They already figured to be very good next year, they will probably be a top 10-15 team now.
Already thought that their C was most underrated player in college, the PG is Iverson2.0. Pretty good team they have down there. Texas might have most talented kids in country in EVERY sport.

Their front line of Ibeh, Holmes, Ridley and Turner would be the best in college basketball if it wasn't for Kentucky. Amazing that having 4 top 50 recruits at PF/C isn't even the most talented...

Kansas better land Devonte Graham. I know they have Alexander and Oubre coming in, but that's it. They need more help than that imo.

Wake Forest Releases 4-Star PG Shelton Mitchell from NLI not sure if we are involved by Gary Clark retweeted it and I watched some video on him he would be a nice option at PG
