I think our ranking is fair. Michigan St. has several quality top 25 wins and their losses have all come against the same. Once we beat a couple upper level teams, the Cats should be entrenched in the group.

MSU's scariest factor is their coach. The team itself does not impress me this year.

MSU is talented and have played a lot of ranked teams. Izzo has proven he is a premiere coach that has his team playing their best at the end of the season, so don't count them out. However, they don't belong in the top 10 at this point. The mentallity that it only matters who you beat has to be changed. There has to be, and should be, weight given to who beats you and how much you lose. SOS should definitely be considered, look at some of the losses UT had and still stayed in the top 25. It's ok to say a team is one of the most talented in the country but that doesn't make them one of the best teams.

I don't remember if it was on here or BCL but I said two weeks ago I think they'll be playing better in March... like I said, their scariest factor is Izzo. No doubt they have tons of talent... BUT, they just haven't been impressive. I've watched them against some of the lesser teams on their schedule and they've still struggled. They'll probably figure it out by March, but to this point their play has left a lot to be desired... it's maybe even been even more underwhelming because of how much talent they have there...
