That 2 game lead is beautiful isn't it

I can't see us losing the conference in solo fashion if we win the following:

Temple
@Memphis
Houston
@Uconn
UCF
UConn
Tulsa
@Tulane

And we will be favored by at least 5 in all of them. Win the games you're supposed to and the comfort of this lead does the rest. We'll snag some of the remaining 4 as well.

SMU's Jarrey Foster out for the rest of the year with partially torn ACL. Was averaging 13 and 6. Huge news, and more AAC heartbreak.

I'm sure there might be better predictors out there but Warren Nolan site has all the above games in double digits.

He has the wsu home game at -8. The rest are within 3 points. The only game we are a dog right now is wsu away +1.

It won't go like this but it's interesting

One of SMU's back-up bigs, freshman Everett Ray, is out for the season as well with a broken foot.

They're down to 9 scholarship players with only 2 of them being natural post players.

Also over the weekend, sophomore forward Tulio Da Silva left USF's program. He averaged 9 and 6 over the past season and a half.

I guess he didn't seem to click with Gregory. He's a fairly raw player but one of the better natural athletes I've seen in the league as of recent.

We are in the drivers seat for the conference regular season title. I hope the teams mindset is one game at a time. A special season is in front of us.

Maybe. It's a Group 2 loss, which isn't so bad for a bubble team.

Edit: Actually, as of right now UConn has improved to 75. So it's a Group 1 loss.
Sucks for smu, Foster was a good player. Makes it trip to Moody a little easier. Houston will get in the tournament. I think this would if been a 4 bid league before Foster got hurt. Let's just win them all then the aac tournament, get ourselves a damn good seed.

UCONN men’s basketball under NCAA investigation related to recruiting per ESPN.

Pressure of losing get to Ollie?
