The good news is USF is playing for a bowl bid. It is a Thursday night game @ USF.

If you look at USF and what they have done this year they may not be as bad as the record indicates.

Beating ND. Could have beat Cincy, Louisville, Uconn

Uh, no. That is a dumb question. If UC wins they win a share of the Big East Title.

Obviously no, but I do think at this point that Louisville is the best team in the Big East and would give the confernece it's best shot at winning a BCS game. Plus I hate the fact that the conference would be won by a team that is leaving. Hopefully the Big East refs are kind to the team loyal to the Big east on Thursday.

To answer the origional question, HELL YES they can win that game. WVU is not very good, no one in the Big East is this year. USF is certainly capable of winning that game, I'm more worried about if we can beat UConn or not.

West Virginia has repainted their basketball practice gym, removing the Big East logo and replacing it with the Big 12 logo. No way WVU should be allowed to have the Big East BCS spot.

Wow, what a game. Well, what an exciting game. Both teams played really poorly. I got to think we could beat these teams at this point.

Fact is, we should have found ways to beat WVU. I know Zach got hurt but you got to find a way.

9-3 and 3rd Big East Title in 4 years would be a great bounce back season. Go to Belk bowl and we should get a decent opponet.

The Big East should call an emergency meeting to make a rule that if you have announced that you are leaving the conference you cannot go to the BCS game.

I have heard people say they should cut a deal with WVU and allow them to leave the conference if they forfeit their BCS trip.

I dont want that. I want to earn the game.

A big dark cloud has settled over Nippert Stadium. The result of tomorrow's game with UConn means next to nothing as to what Bowl game UC will be playing in. Belk, Liberty, Pinstripe all seem the same. They are not the BCS Bowls that the team strives to play in.
