Got info from athletic department today. Tickets will be $25 (students) to $75 (lower level). That makes average price about $50. Not part of season ticket package. 20 home games will be played at 5/3rd.

I will stay with my prediction that the Classic will not sell out.

My prediction is UCs admin blew this big time. Look, it already came true.

No kidding. Even if you aren't a fan of basketball I thought for sure you would know the biggest basketball rivalry in Cincinnati.

I suppose the little red headed sister of cincinnati basktball conisiders it a rivarly. The overall series records indicates that its a one sided affair.

In this case glad to say I will be getting the student prices for the next 2 years. UC NEEDS to outsell Eggsavier in the "Crosstown Classic" to show that we are the #1 basketball team in the city. More fan support on top of a great win would show that plus going deep in the tourney(hopefully) this year will end the debate of the basketball team of Cincinnati.

Not true. A storied tradition and overall domination of the series already shows that.

Not going to lie. To people my age yes we know that Cincinnati is better historically but all we can remember (past 10-15 years) has been Xavier beating us in most Shootouts. Yes we have the 2 national championships and all that great stuff but during that span Xavier has been known nationwide(and in some cases in this city) as being the better program which is wrong I know. Outselling and beating Xavier at US Back will show that UC does have more support in the city for college basketball.

Nice

I know Curtis Bostic replaced him for a while but I dont know if thats a perminate fit, or if they are looking for someone else...
