Oregon scares me. Maybe they'll lose today and get bumped to a 3.

The other 2's where michagan st, Oklahoma, and West Virginia. Not sure who I would perfer
-wow west virginia would be a slug fest,
- orgeon plays Utah so the winner will get the two, not really afraid of Utah
- no two seed should want to see Cinci as the ten in there region

Purdue is currently hammering Michigan, so I hope that keeps up.
LSU is getting crushed.

We just need the favorites to win their tourneys and I think we are safe, and whoever wins between Temple and UCONN to beat the winner of Tulane and Memphis. The AAC Championship game could easily knock someone else out of consideration, and I'm not sure I think our conference will get 4 teams in.

The expectation this year was 4 seed for me. 10 is serious blunder. Need sweet 16 finish.

I agree with this. 4 seed was the floor......10 seed is a casket. But hopefully yet another opportunity awaits for the team to show they are better than their seed.

10 seed is better than a 9...so at this point I'd gladly take that. The problem is that it's dangerously close to an 11, which is play-in or...maybe not-in status.

If West Virginia is a 2 I can see us being a 10 in their region for the bob Huggins connection

Akron lost on a 3 pointer with 2 seconds left to Buffalo...which probably means that's a bid stolen. Akron's RPI is currently at 29, so I think they are probably safe (but they have NO quality wins). The RPI is a horrible metric.

Lunardi has us at an 11 seed right now, and Palm at a 10. Color me very nervous. There is still a team (i.e. Memphis) that could steal a bid.

Akron is closer to the bubble than people think but I don't see anyway they get in. If the committee is going to choose a "token" mid major it will be Monmouth or Valpp.
