You go ahead and assume whatever ignorance you wish...

I wouldnt be ignorant to situation if you inform me. I pay attention to everything and neither mick or cobb said a timetable for return and then you open your mouth and say its more to story than reported. what am I to believe?

I would assume that if Cobb was done for the season, He'd probably be on crutches or something, not in his uniform, ready for practice (even if he didn't participate a whole lot).

We absolutely need him for the Houston game though.

Caupain, KJ, Evans, Clark, Ellis as starters

which i think can win But bench would be bad. Good thing we had a week and should be fresh for 3-4 guys to play over 33 minutes

Bench would be:
Jenifer
Moore
Deberry

That would mean we'd have to see a lot of JJ on the floor with Caupain and we'd have to stay way out of foul trouble

I'll take JJ over Cobb if his shot off

I love hearing Cronin talk about Caupain's development. Basically saying Troy is living behind the 3 point line too much. He needs to drive more which is what we all say. It's one thing to hear it but why we can't see it consistently from Troy is the question. Will it ever change? Troy needs to drive to the hoop with confidence.

Cronin looked and sounded like how I feel today after all the X hoopla. I hope he isn't thrilled with how much success they are having.

Chad, just man up. No big deal, you always try to come on here and bust people for supposedly stealing your info and you got busted on it this time.

No idea how severe it is, but coming from someone who has sprained an MCL, it's no joke. Hopefully it's a very mild sprain because losing just about the only legitimate threat (okay, add Clark to that list) from the outside is going to really to kill this team.

Doesn't have game to drive from top of key. Would be deadly using his size and speed on wings against slower defender

I feel Cobb being out is blessing in disguise for kj. He can play comfortable and under control not worrying about trying out play Cobb. Cobb need come off bench when he ready anyway

Nothing to man up to. I was at UC at 8:25 this morning and there long past when the rest of the media went on their way. I was looking for the source on the Cobb info when I got home, and right after I asked NTS I saw the article from Tom. Go look at BCJ, and you'll see all I said was Shaq was more likely than Cobb to play.

I was looking for a link. Found the link and moved on. There is more to the story, but that's something we'll talk about in April...

"Farad Cobb (sprained knee) and Shaq Thomas (groin) both questionable for #UC game at ECU Saturday, coach Mick Cronin said"

Did I miss Cobb getting hurt in the UCONN game or did this occur in practice?

I'm staying out of the other discussion, but to this point.... the play it occurred on was fairly obvious. There was a play where Cobb tried to get back in transition and got run over without really getting set. It looked like they banged knees and he got up hurting.
