I was just browsing through my itunes, and I happened to hit 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps'.

Man, the opening of that just rocks.

I also like Pearl Jam "Once" where it has some funky (seemingly random) stuff before it kicks into some guitars and goes full throttle from the get-go.

The album also ends with the same intro. Pretty cool.
