The 6 man, defensive player, and most improved player will be named tomorrow.

Player of the year, coach of the year and rookie of the year will be named on weds.

Based on stupid voting in the past, Clark and Evans should both technically be up for Most Improved. I know they aren't actually up for it but neither got named last year on 1st/2nd Team and they were both 2nd Team Preseason right?

Took way too long, but I'm glad people are realizing how good these guys are. It's like having Aldridge and Leonard on the college level. Or something.

I wish I knew more people that came of the bench for other teams, but gotta think he is a top contender

With the way Broome finished the regular season, it's gotta be him. He's a major reason we are where we are.

Jay Williams on ESPN tweeted a while back that he thought Broome was the best 6th man in the entire country.

Armoni brooks would be another 6th man contender

Austin Reaves started at the end of the year, but he would be a contender

But yea, I don’t think it could be any one else.

So happy for Gary. If Cronin does not get COY it would be a slap in the face but how much consideration does Kelvin Sampson get? Nah Cronin is a shoe in.

For me, clear coach of the year is Kelvin Sampson.

Would be great if it’s Cronin though.

But Houston was picked to finish like 7th right ? And they ended up splitting with UC And WSU, and are a top 25 team.

Yeah definitely Sampson. Being picked 1st makes that award tough for the coach.

While I think Sampson did a nice job with the cougars Mick and the Cats dominated the league. 2 losses and clinching the title at WSU is a very good season. I know we were picked to win the league but other then 3 games we dominated the competition.

I want coach Cronin to win. But I won’t be upset if he doesn’t.

Hell, I’d hear arguements for tubby smith as well.

I'm calling Sampson as well. Im pretty sure he had to scrap for players his first year at Houston. They are now a top 25 team and going to the Dance for the first time since 2010. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Mick though.

Not bad for a guy who cheated twice in the NCAA and still gets to coach

@RobDauster
And here are the @NBCSports College Basketball All-American teams. The first team was easy, obvious and should be a consensus. https://t.co/18jzgPpC3b https://t.co/EGKHW8DVeg

SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICA

GARY CLARK, Cincinnati: 12.7 ppg, 8.2 rpg, 1.5 spg, 1.3 bpg

His numbers are middling, but the impact he has on Cincinnati defensively is not. And for a team who wins because they are having an all-time great season stopping the ball, that is hard to overlook.
