Butch Jones did a nice job at UC. He went 10-3 and 9-3 after a 4-8 start in his first year and won back to back big east conference championships. He's a very good recruiter and an above average X's and O's guy. I'd give my left and right testicles to have had him as our coach for the last 4 years.

I did feel like he was getting in a little over his head at UT though. He's recruited great players, I just think he has a tough time getting his kids to buy in because his rah rah motivational bull crap doesn't really go over well. It always seemed forced and phony while he was here at UC.

Most of his accomplishments were done with Brian Kellys recruits, generally with worse results. I don't think he's a bad coach but I think he is way over hyped and over rated.
