Caupain, KJ, Sanders all took turns sitting with the coaches. They were instructed to do so.
I NEVER seen kj or Sanders sit next to coach. I'll give you at least once because I wasn't in attendance. TC sat next to coaches EVERY time on bench and he was on bench a lot. I payed attention to this the past couple games, so I seen tc talking to ZERO coaches or players on bench. Every player that came to bench sat with other players and Parker was ONLY coach i seen talking to players

There's a lot of complaining about LD's substitutions and rotations. The reality is that I'm not sure Coach K or any other coach could figure this group out. We've given up on just about every player and banished them all to Siberia at some point in this season, only to see each of them come back and lead the team to victory from time to time. Shaq and KJ are at the top of the leaderboard for being given up on at various times this season, yet here they were tonight leading the team to victory. The team is an enigma. They leave you scratching your head often.
Played one of weakest teams in basketball. For 35min it looked like two 8th grade teams playing. Any real coach would've made team run back to hotel. Sampson knows he has weak team still put walk on in game to send message. We let a walk on score on us. Come on dude if this was tournament we would've lost by 30

I still like Troy at the point honestly. Next year though, he will be able to play more of the 2 with Jenifer running the point, which will benefit his development I think.
I'll rather Mormon personally run point when in game. Otherwise DeBerry can run point in our half court offense.

I think you and everyone else are completely wrong about next year as it applies to Jennifer. I think there is very little chance that Jennifer plays any more of a role than what Troy did last year. He will be a freshman and will be brought along slowly. His value will be in allowing both Cobb and Troy to start together without worrying about the foul situation. A solid senior and junior running the backcourt will be a luxury, with a talented fresman to sit behind them and learn and being able to pick his spots to contribute. That will be the best of all possibilities. Plus, Gelawn may be back as well.
i think your spot on except for the GeLawn will be back. Think there is not chance of that. If Jenifer is able to replace TC at the PG and start it will mean he is a very good player. Like you I think he sits a bit and learn.

Jenifer is the most complete true point guard in the Cronin era if he was 6'1 there would be no question who the starter at that position would be next year.

Cash wasn't a true point jenifer is. Cash was a 2 who played the 1 because of his size and ball handling. In high school cash was a scoring machine not an assist man.

Still was PG. Been following cash since Atlanta Celtics days. He always played pg. That's how special he was that he could drop 40 points. Jenifer
might be better passer and that's it. Don't forget cash was all league defense also

There is a difference between playing pg and just being the guy with the ball all the time.

Cashmere Wright was really good the end of his sophomore year and his entire junior year. He averaged nearly 5 assists on our Sweet 16 team. The biggest issue with him was injuries to his knee and then his shoulder. I wonder how good he could have been the second half of his senior year without that injury. I recall he had 20 points and 7 assists in 22 minutes against DePaul the game he re-injured his knee.

Cash was outstanding in that game. He'll always be one of my favorite Bearcats. He gave us everything he had.

Not sure if it always happens, but often times when Caupain comes out he fist pumps every single player all the way down to the managers.

Jenifer will play next season but I don't see him starting. Evans will get the most minutes of all the incoming group in my opinion. I will be shocked if he doesn't start out backing Shaq at the three.

Cash might have been in the NBA if not for the injuries. I believe he was averaging about 15 ppg his senior year before the shoulder injury and knee issues. He wasn't able to get to the rim anymore after that. And he had already been robbed of a lot of explosiveness before he even played a game for UC.

There is no way Cash was going to be in the NBA, injury or not. And I was a big fan of Cash.

That game is the output shaq should be putting up every single night. He only missed 1 free throw. Which almost NEVER happens. Also, I found it odd(im not complaining just wondering how the hell it happens) Shaq played 38 minutes? yet didnt get a single rebound. He played the 3-4 all game. How does he not get a rebound
