That game is the output shaq should be putting up every single night. He only missed 1 free throw. Which almost NEVER happens. Also, I found it odd(im not complaining just wondering how the hell it happens) Shaq played 38 minutes? yet didnt get a single rebound. He played the 3-4 all game. How does he not get a rebound

That is a semi alarming stat - but Shaq is clearly our fast break play. He does not crash the D boards unless already in the paint. His move is to break and catch the ball at half court and take someone 1-1, so that we don't have to play 100% of possessions in the half court which is like pulling teeth.

Long story short, given what his role is on the team, he's the one guy (who plays 3-5) that I'm comfortable going boardless.

He is not very strong. It takes more then jumping high. Guyshave to fight for position. guys 190 lbs don't move guys who weigh 230lbs. But yes i agree 1 board is in 38 minutes is awful. At 61 i thnk i could get 1 in 38 minutes.

No way...you AVERAGE 18pts/game, then we can talk boardless...until then, either give me some boards, steals, blocks etc. or give me a ton of points

I've seen wheelchair players who could do better than Shaq

The lack of offensive rebounds is what is concerning about Shaq. I don't mind him not getting defensive rebounds because he is almost always the first one cross half court actually trying to push the tempo.

Was thinking the same thing but he has to grab some loose balls or use his athletism to convert on the offensive glass more then he does. Been in the program 4 years and his physique and game really haven't grown much. This years team really needs some consistency from him.
