Justin Martin rumor

Yes he is saying the same thing I said I saw

And you're not reporting it either. You're regurgitating an unsubstantiated internet rumor that was posted by one random person on twitter. That's not reporting.

You know what I mean your just looking for something to pick at.

I know what you meant because I've been around long enough to pick up on your schtick.

Other people haven't so I'm helping to point them in the right direction.

I would be surprised if he comes here. Generally when a player transfers out of a program, they want to get away from it... not move a few miles down the street to their biggest rival where they will be loathed by their former fan base and face both increased scrutiny and potential interaction with scorned former teammates.

The only thing I could see is that he wants out of Xavier but doesn't want to move away and rearrange his whole life for a 1 year deal. He could get more exposure at UC and stay in the same city he's already been in for 4 years. I'm still hopeful but there is nothing to point to this being anything close to a done deal.

Like I said. Its not going to happen. It was never going to happen. There are plenty of other better transfers on the market Mick should pursue

Martin is like priority #7 on mick list right now. More of a fallback plan Dayton and Ohio U also in play here.

Since you're privy to the priority list can you let us in on who is currently in slots 1-6?

Thanks

Haywood
Cobb
Harris

Thanks. Not sure how save a scholly fills two spots though.

Also odd they'd bring in Cobb for a visit before Haywood if he's lower on the list.

Taking Justin Martin (or any other grad transfer) is essentially saving a scholarship because it would be available for the '15 class so not sure why you have that logic.
