When Kiel is 100% does he come back and start, or do we keep going with Moore?

Coach T has already stated that Kiel will be the QB. That he will not lose his position because of an injury.
Moore might just be a better player than Kiel. I haven't been impressed with Gunner since the Toledo game and part of the OSU game last year. He's been too overhyped.
I think Gunner is a solid QB and could potentially play in the NFL if he works hard. Remember, this is only his second season actually playing. He needs to work on some things like staring his receivers down and throwing into double coverage, but he did tie the all-time passing TD record in his first season.
To me, it's Moore. I like Kiel but Moore has shown pocket presence that Kiel has not. Moore has a higher ceiling because they're already playing at the same level... The difference today if these guys did:
Moore:
23-38 (60.5%)
217 yards
2 TD, 3 INT
Kiel:
23-38 (60.5%)
217 yards
2 TD, 3 INT
Identical numbers but I would forgive Moore for these stats but Kiel would be questioned. Moore, at a minimum, gets more experience while still performing at the same level as Kiel. No brainer.
Gunner was projected as a top 3 QB pick in 2017. I am sure he and the players are aware of his pro potential. Benching a guy with potentially high draft stock is very risky in terms of player morale and recruiting. Especially when the player getting benched loses his job to injury. I don't think this is a "no brainer" decision.
IMO Gunner should get the start when he is healthy. I think it is in our programs best interest if we succeed with Gunner. Could be good for Gunner to have serious competition behind him.
