Seems to me TheLegend, once again, was correct.... playing in these games has turned into a debacle. Embarrassing losses, and poor play.

That was never your point. Your point was fear of injury let's not rewrite history.
The blame for this team goes to the coaches. They decided to play a 4 out 1 in offense but didn't have any motion with it. Watch the game when SK is in or out, it's the same thing. This team was designed around the 3 point shot, which is fine in international basketball, but they barely had anyone to play defense. It was so frustrating watching the games and seeing a group of guys on the floor playing good defense only to see them get replaced and watch the other team go on a 16-3 run. The Australia game was a microcosm of this. From up 10 to down 11 in a blink of an eye.
The PGs were maddening as well. They would dribble at the top of the key for about 15 second, get the clock down to 3 and jack up a shot with no chance to go in and no offensive rebounding. If I was the coach, the second that happened, that player would be sitting on the pine until he figured out why.
Everything you just described was last season to a T
Offensively yes. Last years UC team was light years better defensively.
