Mick a Candidate for UNLV?

Id be willing to bet if I looked back those who hate Mick are ones who hated the hire from day one and still have Hughins posters hanging on their wall..

You lose. Use to be the biggest cronin fan. Hell, i even hav a pic with him on my profile page and facebook page.

Things started to change after recruiting fell off. He had the 58th best class last year. The countless juco's he has brought in, many who wouldn't see playing time elsewhere. The horrible offense he runs, unwilling to make changes in his coaching style no matter who he was playing. Not making changes to his staff. And the countless crying about everything and everything which was taking to a whole diffrent level this year.

I couldn't careless about those things if he was, you know, winning. He hasnt won like i thought he would after ten years.

I don't see how anyone can feel that mick is doing a good job exp after this year with his "best team at uc".

i just hope if this happens its not drawn out so that we can move forward.

Move forward to what the edge of the cliff. We will be the same program with a supposedly up and coming coach ( no established guy would touch this job) with bad facilities and no P5 conference affiliation.

The ironic thing is he beat them in his first year when the team sucked completely.

If Cronin leaves I can't even imagine the delay the new arena would get. What booster who's about to donate some serious $$$ would donate with a new coach coming in who seemingly has proved little before arriving? Cronin leaves, we have the current arena for 5 more years.
