What's the report on the team so far? Is 9-1 what was expected or are they ahead of schedule?

I would guess most people would say ahead of schedule given what all we lost from last year plus how we looked against OSU.

I think if we played OSU now we probably win or it's a tossup

We have to attack the basket and force these refs to call the touch fouls they're calling on us on them. Settling for long jumpers when the refs have a super tight whistle is dumb. Everytime Mississippi state has gotten the ball inside the arc there has been a whistle one way or the other just about. Force those refs to give you those calls too.

The play at the rim wasnt a flagrant. Brooks was the aggressor and the guy didnt extend his arm. Brooks jumped into his shoulder. As much as I wanted the call it wasnt there. That said the refs are not letting us do anything

Nick Weatherspoon is shooting 55% on the year and Peters is 43%. Holman is around 33%...I don’t see it slowing down.

I just don’t think this is a good matchup for us and a revenge game on the road....going to need our guys to hit some lucky shots.
