Hmm... I don't think Harden keeps them close next time and I don't expect Durant to go lights out, like he did in the second half again.
Miami should have won by a lot more than they did.
They stopped shooting isolated jump shots and so long as they're driving at the basket, I don't think OKC can take this series.

Splitting one of two was huge, had they taken both, it would be death ground for OKC. As it stands, it's probably going to be 3-2 Miami heading back to OKC. I could see the Heat winning the next 3 but it's a lot more likely they only take 2 of the next 3.

What makes you think Harden cant do that? He always does that.

Either way was a huge, questionable, win for the Heat who played well as a team.

Thats the best basketball the Heat can play, and they barely escaped.

Not on that level he doesn't. He's a great 6th man, but he usually doesn't carry the team. Which is why I won't be shocked if they trade him, rather than Ibaka at the end of this season.

I dont think they would want to trade him, I just dont think they can afford him. Hes at nearly 17 a game so yesterday he was just a few points above his average. Dude is a VERY talented scorer. Has a nack for getting in the lane and finishing.

Poor wording on my part, one of the two has to go and I think Ibaka is the more special/unique talent.
Yesterday's first half, was the most ridiculous I've seen him play. Had he played like he did in game 1, I don't think it would have been nearly as close.

The Heat have taken 30 more free throws than OKC. Thats crazy.

Durant and Westbrook simply dont get the calls that LBJ and Wade get.

BTW how gutless was LBJ last night. I Have never seen anything so weak from a league MVP. The NBA should be embarrassed.

Bad time for Harden to play a miserable game as well.

I really hadn't expected Harden to soil the mattress the way he has.
I don't think James is gutless, you can't play through quad cramps and even if you could, you wouldn't want to. You'd be a liability.
The officiating has been pretty one sided, that's not why OKC is losing though.
The problem with both Westbrook and Durant, is that they are scorers and nothing more. Durant has had 11 rebounds the last 3 games. That is unacceptable, his defense was awful and he got eaten alive by Mario Chalmers last night.
Westbrook went off, but he's not enough by himself and he's not recognizing the pass oppurtunities that are there. He's never going to be a true point guard.

Oh well. I thought Miami in 6, I guess it'll be Miami in 5. OKC has no way of stopping them in the lane, no role players who can score...
I was impressed with Norris Cole's few minutes out there. I like watching him with the CSU Vikings.

Read an article about Butch Jones being friends with Spolestra, thought it was neat that he got Jones court side seats behind the Heat bench last night. I think it is awesome that Butch is visible like that, he has that mentality of selling the program which I think is awesome.
