A little step forward tonight. Saw much better ball movement this game.. The Cats were making the extra pass and Sanders,Cobb and KJ were able to get a few shots of in rythm. Which helps if your a jump shooter. Clark is a player. It will be fun watching his game develope. Shaq is still lost.

Those guys taking shots is the key. Notice Clark was able to operate freely down low too (until he started hurting them so bad they felt the need to double him).

I'm hoping Shaq might need some kind of surgery to keep him out of action too...

Careful. There's a line and you're standing one foot on each side with that kind of remark.

Good game, 7/10.

Morman isn't in the doghouse per MC comments, he just couldn't get him any PT with the zone since he needed shooters on the floor. He is getting frustrated but he has to do it.

You're right. That's my bad.

Mick said in the 700wlw post game that he couldn't find a way to get morman in the game cuz.ncc was playing a lot of zone, and he needed shooters in the game. and then he went on to say morman will be a very good player here throughout his career . So it doesn't sound like he's in the dog house.

I would be confident in saying its a poor attitude that is keeping Norman off the court. For some reason he seems very self entitled...for very little reason IMO. He hasn't proved anything that says he deserves to be on the floor. If that's the way he is going to be then see ya, better off without him.

As far as Strickland I can see him having a poor attitude as well. His is probably more self loathing.

Glad to hear that. I hope he sticks with it.

That's good to hear about Morman. I agree with you about the comment about Shaq. I would not ever wish an injury on any of our players.

I really hope this team figures it out but it might be too late by the time they do. Barely squeaking by crap teams is not a good sign. Reminds me of the year of the Xavier brawl. They were so bad early on and frankly the brawl caused Mick to open it up and they finally started playing better. Not sure what's going to get them going this year but hopefully it's just a little time.

That said, I finally saw something in Clark so I stand corrected on him. He looked like a man tonight. Not sure why he spent so much time on the bench in the beginning of the second half but once he came back in they started to pull away. Thought him, Ellis, and Cobb looked good. Sanders was decent, probably pretty good for his overall skill set. Shaq and KJ (minus some big shots) looked horrible once again.

Keep him fresh, maybe? College pace takes getting adjustments and all. Totally a guess on my part though.
