I love this segment Tru TV is running on UK. Talking about how UK was the most racist school in the NCAA but now look at em. Oh Mr. Rupp....

I would love to watch the national championship game when UK lost to Texas Western. Some of the clips this segment showed looked great. I wonder if its available on line at all.

What? The guy to make the call was the guy standing directly behind the guy that shot. He has the perfect angle. He did not make a call. It was the one that had no angle on the ball at all.

His assignment there is the shooter, not the shot. Plus, I just don't think anyone was expecting what happened there since it is so rare. That makes it even tougher.

Was 12 rows behind rim for that goal tend call, to the side of the wide shot, I called goaltending when it happened because I was watching him swat it out and not really watching exactly where ball was. I think to naked eye it looked like he shouldn't have touched it from my angle. Tough call but I completely know why it was called.
