Are they in the panhandle? Bc I'm pretty sure that's Central.
Their three best players are all senior guards. It will be a true test for our backcourt defensively. Also, it will be interesting to see how UC reacts to a high major frontline...even if they aren't that productive. The transfer kid Rhett is definitely capable of a big game. Pressure defense will be very important tonight. I think we will learn a lot about this team tonight with a tough stretch of @Nebraska, San Diego State, VCU, @ NC State all coming in the next month.
Sanders has been solid overall this year except for one area that drives me nuts -- looking to make post entry passes. Every game I have seen him pass up multiple good looks at the post to just swing the ball back to the top of the key.
One thing I've notice with the current UC team that is uncharacteristic. We do not create any turnovers which ultimately leads to us getting zero easy baskets. Past UC teams would score a lot of their points of turnovers. Every game we play in we lose the turnover battle.
I've said it before, UC is so easy to play defense against. Look at Ole Miss, 5 guys packing the lane and UC just farts around the 3 point line.
