I agree the Warriors are the better team. But what happened to cavs: Kevin love? He's hurt now but man he was a no show in the finals. Kyrie? Has played awful selfish ball this finals. Jr smith? Is he even on the court. Thompson? 80 something million for this guy come on. Lebron doesn't even look like himself. If they all played like they have played in the past and are capable of I think it would be closer series. But lebron truly needs to take this game over from tip. Also start mosgov and truly think Kevin out and dick Jefferson starting could be a good thing right now with how's he playing

I agree about the coaching, but say coaches where flipped do you really think it wouldn't be 0-2 still?
Still think the Cavs would be down 0-2. The Warriors are built for today's NBA. They spread the floor make the right pass and play solid defense with plenty of athletes. Cavs can not get in a up and down game with them and expect to win.

Ok i agree with that. I do think Kerr is a very good coach tho (think Terry Scotts deserved COY do to amount kerr missed but I get why he got it.) Warriors are just so good all around with so many guys that can beat them, its amazing the screening and slip screens and screen and rolls that they do to get open threes and wide open dunks, its just great offense. Cavs at home tho hoping to see a different team

I would have been alright with Kerr not winning it.

The sad part is we our going to have to suffer through another 48 hour period about how if the Cavs lose how will it effect LeBron's legacy. Is it just me or has the need to fill air time completely taken the substance out of sports reporting?

Absolute fact....when ESPN began to dominate, sports reporting became sports talk...there just aren't enough compelling sports narratives to fill all of the available air time, so it descends into gossipy, middle school girl pissy yak-fests. (no offense to middle school girls, it's just a stage :D). That aspect really hit me years ago, back when there was endless (and pointless) blather about Shaq & Kobe, and were they feuding yada yada. I tuned out, don't watch any of that anymore. I get my info from the internet, follow up links that look interesting, & occasionally listen to a little local sports talk stuff if it pertains to Cincy.

we must be around the same age. Certain people in this country have been using the media to dumb down and divide the population for years. The history taught in the schools is a fabrication and the withholding or spinning stories has been a ploy forever. Check out the Gulf of Tonkin incident. The incident used to get boots on the ground in Vietam. Only lost a mere 59,000 troops in a effort to stop the spread of the red menace. I won't mention how many have taken there own lives since or the generations still suffering from what they sprayed on people. Oh and by the way Vietam is a 100 percent communist today. Go figure!

Anyway I think the series ends Monday and it will be on to some other inflated BS to entertain the mass audience.

I don't watch ESPN at all. I'm a podcast guy...I'd imagine the conversation on the ones I listen to will be about how good the Warriors are, and what moves Cleveland needs to make if LeBron ever wants to win another Championship. It seems pretty understood that the Warriors are unbeatable, so LeBron shouldn't get criticism for this one. The only thing I personally knock LeBron for is going 2-2 in the Finals with Miami. And I'm also not crazy about him having the role of Team President/General Manager/Head Coach/Assistant Coach/Cheerleader/Star Player. It's too much. Play LeBron at the 4, get rid of guys like Shumpert, Smith, Love, Dellavedova, and Jefferson, and get a real supporting cast. One that LeBron doesn't hand pick.

jake you spelled out the issue in a paragraph. Very little reporting is about the game or accurate. I have know idea how much influence LeBron has and could careless. The only factual thing you get from the media is the score. The rest is air time BS. Your right the better team is winning.

So, what happened at Gulf of Tonkin, Waite? So, it's true media and those controlling it use fabrications to get us to buy into military endeavors?
