You think a Cincy offer would have knocked one of these teams off the top 5? Mick has said he identifies guys he wants, and then sees if there is mutual interest. There was none from Kennard.

Yep, not looking good for the upset. Think EKU has to stay hot from deep, which is unlikely. Plus the game in Stl the crowd is still in Kansas' favor.

ESPN reports that Jim Calhoun has interest in the BC coaching job. I'm sure that might sting some Husky fans. I think he's from that area so wouldn't be a major shock, although I believe there was some friction when BC left the Big East and Calhoun said he wouldn't play them OOC.

One person speculated it could help UConn get into the ACC.

I don't think it would matter, UConn would probably be the next choice anyway.

UConn fans are saying it is a false report and one of the guys that covers them said he spoke to Calhoun and he has no interest in coaching.

Talk about incredible, that was a game that defines march madness. VCU went on an incredible 20 point run with their "havoc" defense and SFA weathered the storm.

Never seen a finish like that, and while I think it was a BS foul call, you gotta let that guy just shoot it.

Was there ever any doubt? Even when SLU made it close I knew UL would pull away. Some teams got it and some dont. UL has got it and they have had it for a few years now.
