If Cincy sports fans aren't numb to losing in big games then they aren't Cincy fans.

I couldn't care less about the Reds or Bengals but the Bearcats have certainly let me down sooo many times.

Unfortunately I care about them all and after 50 years of life still am not numb to the pain. But the Bearcats are my heart.

I agree but least their teams dont build their fans expectations a little just to have an epic collapse. It is just ridiculous how Cincy sports, pro and college just can't win on the big stage. Its the only thing that remains constant.

Same. I expect the Reds and Bengals to disappoint. I have real personal attachment to UC and every loss stings. Tourney losses really hurt.

That's what good but not great does. It leaves you hoping the next step up is this year, this season.
