absolutely. How do you rate him in NBA.
I would take him in the first round, he's got what you want in an NBA point guard. Lucky for him he will probably get drafted by a pretty good team.

agree. NBA used to be a league that having a dominate big was a must. Seems Jordan changed the way the game was played.I would take him in the first round, he's got what you want in an NBA point guard. Lucky for him he will probably get drafted by a pretty good team.
Tenn has made this a game with a string of turnovers. Down 1 but just had a huge charge call go against them with 6 seconds left.
I used to think it's dumb, but now wouldn't mind seeing the NCAA adopt the "magic timeout" they use in the NBA where you call timeout and the ball goes across court for the offense at the end of the game.
I still think its dumb. I hope they never adopt that. And NTS i agree it was a flop, but tough call for the official; looked like he lowered his shoulder from his angle.
Don't understand how you reward the defender for that, what a great flop by Michigan. Too bad Tennessee is really good at deflecting the ball because it is costing them this game...
I hate the basketball has become so soft. I understand why the NFL has tightened their rules so much because of concussions, but all of these rules that the NBA and NCAA have put in don't protect anybody from injury, they just make the game less fun to watch.
I'm not referencing the magic timeout. Just that overall it has become much more soft. I understand that they want to give the offensive player freedom of movement but at some point you have to let the defender play physical and knock the offensive player off their path. The magic timeout is not in that vein, if that's what you meant to reference. Regardless, I think it mainly comes down to $. The NCAA and NFL don't want to pay out billions of dollars if they are found culpable. They also want to protect owners that invest so much money in QBs.
I agree, it has become less of a "man's game", but so did hockey when they put on face masks. The NFL needs to make rules that protect defensive players as much as they have put in rules to protect the offense.
I'm in Indy at both games. Thought Tenn was going to pull off a shocker, came up just short. Who should I root for-UK or U of L? I don't like either team, but I really hate Rick, Hancock, and that thug Harrell. But then again, Calipari has the one and dones that get annoying after awhile.
Also if you are into the conference benefit, every Louisville win is more NCAA units for the AAC meaning more money for UC...
JJ isn't mean spirited and he doesn't slap the ball out of somebody's hands after the play is over. Big difference between showing emotion and being unsportsmanlike. JJ stops after the play is over and he never disrespects another player.Harrell is no different than Justin Jackson. Stop with the lame characterization.
Oh and I always root for Louisville when they don't play UC. Also if you are into the conference benefit, every Louisville win is more NCAA units for the AAC meaning more money for UC...

I wish we had a player like Harrell and I hate the word thug.JJ isn't mean spirited and he doesn't slap the ball out of somebody's hands after the play is over. Big difference between showing emotion and being unsportsmanlike. JJ stops after the play is over and he never disrespects another player.
Uh, yes, JJ has done that exact thing. In fact, JJ actually slapped the ball out of an opposing coaches hands. It's funny how the things we love JJ for we call someone else a thug for doing the exact same thing.
