PuHAAAA! rep'd

The only good thing about baseball season starting is it means we are one day closer to the NBA playoffs.

Neg repd.

Baseball is a boring sport. Yet for some reason I still get dragged out to watch the reds on some summer night. Probably for the hot dogs and beer, yet it always seems like a good fun time with friends. By the 7th inning I feel like everyone is sitting there thinking "do we have to stay another 3 innings?"

I don't know why I expect things to change, but I have no doubt I'll get dragged to a baseball game, think it's not all that bad, then by the 7th inning start thinking about how bored I am. Even if the game is tied, going into the 9th, I would rather just 1 team score so we didn't have to sit there another inning.

I think you should be banned for the rest of the day for a post like that. Baseball is a wonderful sport and going to the ballpark is an experience completely unique from any other.

I was in the Findlay Market Parade today!!! There were a ton of people down there and it was a blast.

Baseball is boring.

The season is too long, making games meaningless.

Watching a complete game on tv is like watching Kcourts jump shot. Its just broke.

Going to the ball park with the fellas can be a solid time. Ill attend a few games this season more then likely, although I enjoy an empty ball park.

I listen to most every game at work simply because its something to do.

By far the worst sport. Simply little interest until the post season.

At least one of those is entertaining though. I forgot to add, Peanuts are also good to eat at a game. And yeah, it is a solid idea/time until about the 7th inning stretch. I have little doubt that the reason for the 7th inning stretch is to wake everyone up again in time for the end of the game. Kind of like a rest stop on a trip. Everyone gets up and gets out of the car, stretches their legs and wake up enough to attack the rest of the trip, in this case it's the rest of the baseball game.

In some cases, chillin outside, drinking some beer smoking some cigars hanging with friends, I'm not opposed to turning the baseball game on the radio and having it as background noise.

I was ready for opening day- Got some peanuts some drinks and was really going to try and waatch this thing. (I am in same boat as Kcourt and LL) By the third inning I was sound asleep. Woke up sometime in the 7th- turned it off and realized the sport is just not for me

And you missed a great ending to a great game. Good work.

Well- I was at the clinching game last year with my friends. I think if that won't get me hooked nothing will.

Hey it is what it is- some people just aren't baseball people... some people just aren't basketball people... and some of us are blessed enough to love both. :D
