Looks like the sales open today if the email I just got is correct. I wonder how sales this year will compare to last year, and looking forward, to next year?

I predict they will fall off a bit.

What do you plan to do with yours? Renew or let them lapse for a year? Are we expecting a sharp drop off?

Tertiary topic, how is tailgating going to look this year? 10 cars in a wide open overpriced lot? I wonder what the university is working out with them as far as that goes. Things need to be priced to move more so now than ever.

renewed mine last month

50/50 myself just because I don't see a single "tough ticket" in there at PBS and I suspect it will be fairly easy to fall into tickets or at least ticket deals for any game I can make (even if that's all of them might spend <100). The add-ins are nice perks though so I'll probably end up doing it.

I renewed mine. I heard Mike Bohn in an interview with I believe Mo Egger last week saying that they had 10,000 season ticket renewals. Two or three years ago I remember the ticket office saying we had over 20,000 season ticket sales. Obviously they are still selling them so that number will only go up, but I imagine most people who were going to renew already did before the priority deadline was over and I can't imagine a whole bunch of new ones coming up this year, especially since we're playing downtown and the home schedule is weak.

As far as tailgating goes, they are still working on getting parking passes because two of the six games are Friday night games and the lots won't be open for parking as people park down there for work. I assume they'll work something out, but not a good problem to have. FWIW I hate the weeknight games. Fridays aren't as bad as the Thursday ones we've had in the past, but such is life in a lesser conference and getting on TV.

EDIT: uhhh...check that, looks like they just announced the East Carolina game will be a Thursday night game now, so 3 of the six games will be weeknight games

Clifton traffic isn't any better; if we can average 30k+ this season I will be happy. It won't be pretty but UC marketing has done a great job so i hope it pays off.

I won't be renewing mine for the first time since 2007. Unfortunately, I will be moving to Chicago this summer and won't be able to make it back for many (if any) games this year.

I live in Chicago as well...realistically you can expect to get to 1 football game (Illinois game last year so not even in Cincy) and 1 basketball game (I went to the Louisville game). It's always fun to try to plan for more games and weekend trips but life just tends to get in the way.

I might go up to the game in Columbus against Ohio State to visit some friends at OSU, we know there is almost no shot they'll win that game though. I'll pass on the rest of the home schedule.
