1) JJ, 2) TR, 3) ST, 4) SK, 5) JS or TC... I'll go TC

These are good guesses (not entirely correct) but I have found out something more by looking into this question. JJ, SK and TC are leading with Rubles not far behind. ST is a distant 5th.

As a side note in post game presser SK was calling Jackson Jack and Rubles Rub (not Rube) ...and KJ Kev in post game comments...so I am going to adopt those.

I'm not sure how I could have misinterpreted that. There was a direct comment about FT shooting. "I wish he or JJ could hit from the FT line".
not talking about foul shots. Talking about receiving a pass at foul line against zone at foul line. Neither can turn and face basket and hit shot from there.this would create another option against zone and force defenses to guard them opening up more passing lanes.

I am going to step up my game. In ORDER...steals per game...top 5. If you can't get the order right I will accept the correct top 5 as a concellation. Some of them are pretty close.

Per game stats are bogus. A better measure is how many minutes played in order to get a steal..
1) JJ - 15.93
2) TC - 17.14
3) TR - 18.26
4) SK - 19.44
5) ST - 21.57

I agree with you. Per minute stats will definitely be coming up. Interesting we get the same list of players...just in a slightly different order. TC and SK flip flop

I looked at last year's stats...this year's team has more steals. The pace last year averaged 7.27 steals/game - this year it's 8.66

This defense is the best Cronin has had. We have two of the best defenders in the entire country in JJ and TR. It's such a luxury to have 2 bigs as versatile as these two.

I'm watching Temple play LaSalle right now on ESPN 2. Its a cool venue and the crowd seems into it. They keep saying something about The "Big 5". I am assuming it has something to do with Philly. Pepper is a smooth player to watch.

The Big 5 is the city of Philadelphia rivalry between St. Joesphs, Temple, LaSalle, Penn and Villanova. Very awesome rivalries and gives each school good OOC games yearly.

The Big 5 are the five schools located in Philly. They are: 1) LaSalle, 2) Temple, 3) Penn, 4) Villanova, and 5) St. Joe's.
