Now the idiots come out. Great game dont know how you reverse the possession call. What a rivalry. Thought the Pitino factor played huge on this game with the refs but in the end you give credit to Smith. Wow what a game.

I agree, pitino can always get the refs. This team is very good, great game. I really hope we see more of troy after this game. I thought Lawrence looked his best so far on D too.

26 shots and only 28 points is not phenomenal

Can someone explain to me how Jackson can pick up 2 fouls in 3 minutes? Does he not realize that he needs to be on the floor against Louisville? IQ.

How does this team only have 8 assists against a team that presses? Turnovers should be high - but so should assists....

When you are on a team that doesn't have anyone else willing (or capable) to make something happen on offense...and you are double teamed against a great D.

YES IT IS!!

I hope we play ZZ Top in March deep in the tourney...I really do.

Guys...the refs definitely favored us down the stretch today. Hopefully we will see this team against in Memphis...
I'm not blaming the refs but ur nuts. Louisville gets away with holding and grabbing more than any team I've ever seen. Great college bb game.

Disagree. They missed a ton of calls both ways.

They actually allowed Harrell to shoot free throws off a charge. That is blatantly not knowing the rules.

They could have Chris Webber'd Titus Rubles right? He tried to call a TO before he went out of bounds when we had no TO's and the refs just let it go.

You can't call a timeout falling out of bounds anymore. So there was no technical to be called.

Stage was much too big for those refs. They were completely out of their element. Brutal on both ends. They missed the goaltend on JJ. They made a call, reviewed it, made a new call, said no, reviewed it again, and reoverturned it. Also let louisville shoot a 1-1 on a player control offensive foul, which i have never seen before. Completely lost. I agree with Mick that we didnt play very well today. Our toughness almost overcame it. We had opportunities just didnt convert. We are still in damn good shape. Get another week of rest and finish strong.

They sucked, but they sucked both ways. Unfortunately that seven minute review really hurt our momentum.

Bottomline just an extremely hard fought game. It could have gone either way, but to be honest, Louisville played much better than us today.

We've been a broken record all year, but Jackson must play smarter. Give the team credit for keeping it close til halftime.

We have a week to prepare for a hostile environment and a uconn team looking for revenge. Suddenly that game it absolutely massive.

The refs ruled that the foul occurred after the shot at left Kilpatrick's hand. If that is the case, it is no longer an offensive foul meaning free throws will be shot if the team is in the bonus.
