That was the USF players that said that after the first time we played them.
But I get what your saying.
Dang, I thought that was UCF. Thanks though.

Highest ranking was by two writers that each had us at #4. Lowest ranking was by Cecil Hurt who covers Alabama sports had us ranked at #18.
P.S. He has Louisville ranked #6 in the same poll. Bulletin board material?
How do people who obviously don't watch college basketball get a vote?
Was just thinking the same thing. Crazy how awful some voters are. Reminds me of the few people that didn't vote Greg Maddux in the HOF this year.

First ballot, Seth has UC at #9...

UL ahead of us doesn't make much sense, IMO, other than momentum. UC has a slightly better resume.
UC:
24-4
5-3 vs Top 50
8-4 vs Top 100
RPI: 19
SOS: 70
UL:
23-4
4-4 vs Top 50
5-4 vs Top 100
RPI: 29
SOS: 93
Other than their margins of victory vs garbage opponents, I'm not seeing it.
We are #11 in the AP on espn.
Yeah we are having a better season than Louisville but they are for sure playing more dominantly as of late.
I just don't see how blowing out a team on Wednesday and losing to the #11 team in the county by 1 point on a lucky/bs finish justifies dropping 4 spots. Any other team would still be in the top 10. UC though, voters couldn't wait to get us out. They are itching for a loss at Saturday too. We will be close to #20's if that happens.
Like Chad tweeted earlier, it makes no sense that we only dropped 3 spots when we got destroyed by SMU, then drop 4 when we lose by a buzzer beater against a far better team. The inconsistencies of the polls ...I think by the end of the year though it'll all make sense. Then you just analyze the resume's and see who's is better.
It makes sense to me. You have to think of the teams behind UC that lost. Remember both Michigan State and Creighton were upset that Sunday meaning UC didn't fall to 12 but to just 10. It fluctuates on a week-to-week basis based on who loses behind you.
I swear a lot of UC fans are very insecure people, everything isn't a conspiracy guys. It makes it almost unbearable to read this or any other UC board...
