This shows how important ESPN exposure is. The 10 lowest-rated nationally televised college basketball games this season were all on FS1 or FS2. Mediocre AAC match-ups had higher ratings than some of the quality Big East games.

I mentioned the viewership would hurt the league in the OT thread. I have to admit, I didn't even know there was a Fox Sports 2.

It is only year one of Fox Sports. I'll wait until next year to see if the ratings improved or stayed the same.

The bigger news for the Big East is that conferences are moving in on NYC for their conference tournaments. Going to be hard to compete with the ACC playing at Barclay's at the same time they've got a tournament at MSG...
