win a game vs that team by 11 when evans/cumberland/broome/jenifer/moore were a combined 6-28. ill take that.

IMO that was an impressive win. The got Taylor back. We don't play well there and against Tacko. The crowd was into the game....they paraded out their football team. We scored 15 points....had all the makings of an upset.

This team is good at just putting their head down and playing the 40 minute game. At the end of it, we're usually going to win.

Yeah I feel confident at any pace really. We can play grind it out basketball, and we can go up and down if that's how it goes. We can adapt to many different scenarios

Oh my God! I had to go to a training tonight I was unable to check the score. I got out and saw what the score was with under four minutes to go and thought oh low-scoring but not so bad. Then I looked at what the halftime score was. I’m so glad I missed the first half. I would’ve had a stroke

Yeah it wasn't pretty lol

If that game went 10 more minutes we may have won by 25. The wheels were fully off for them at the end.

I guess when the numbers 2 and 4 rated defenses get together you get a ugly game. 2-0 on our trip to Florida. I'll take it.

Our frontcourt players were a combined 13 for 25. 6 for 28 from the backcourt. We were successful when we got to the high post and then looked to pass, just as against any zone, Tacko or not.

Funny that the perimeter guys were, to a man, terrible offensively tonight and they were still able to pull away from one of the toughest teams in the country to score on in the interior.

The 4 bigs combined to hit 13 or 25 shots. Everyone else was 6 of 28.

It was nice to see Evans, on a day he couldn't buy a basket, impose himself on the defensive end. He was terrific all night, and didn't let missed shots affect him at all.

Trevor Moore has really developed defensively as well. He has a lot of work to do, but he looks like he is going to be a quality player. Not to look too far ahead to next year, but starting 4 perimeter players (Broome, Cumberland, Evans, Moore) might be the plan.

One other thing about the bigs: they were just dominant on the defensive end. Clark obliterated AJ Davis, and as a group they did a great job denying Fall - he had only 4 shots all game. Those two have accounted for more than 1/3 of UCF's points on the season - had just 10 tonight.
