USE BEARCATS DEPTH??

agree why not TRY an all out press. One full half of basketball for starters.
OR GET RID OF YOUR CONDITIONING PROGRAM AND FOCUS ON SHOOTING

I have been saying this too. I would rather us miss shots in transition than miss them in a half court offense because we will miss/take a bad shot/turn the ball over anyways.

Mic is doing what he can but there is one concern that I haven’t seen come up.

I understand why Mic dos the slow the ball down run some shot clock (three man weave) basketball because he doesn’t have a lot of offensive fire power.

However this negates UC’s depth. Why have all of the bodies come in and out when everyone is already fairly fresh? (yes I know you take out an occasional player for a missed assignment).

Before the season started Mic kept saying his team would be in the best shape. That means nothing if the other team isn’t tired since you are playing slowdown basketball!!

Now I am not saying they should go 100% up and down run and gun but maybe a crazy full court press for a half?? Use the depth!

I would say run and gun when we have Three Way in there and run the slow weave when they are not. Let those three break down the D or get there before it's set. Once it's set we have proven to be futile in half court offense because we have no threat inside.
