Wow this board has become painful to read. And now Bulldog has resurfaced making it even worse. Someone reading this board with no context would think we were 3-8. It takes time for young teams to put it together. Hell last year's team got smoked by New Mexico and Xavier, then won 15 in a row. Be patient; I don't understand why so many fans must live game to game on whether the team is great or awful. It is a process. The realistic goal preseason was to make the tournament with this young team. That is still very attainable. Let them develop.

What did last year team do with two of best uc players in past 20yrs. Got SPANKED against Harvard. Stop bringing up last year team.

With how weak our conference is this year we can't afford to lose 8 or 9 game or we won't make the tourney which is our goal, this is why all of us are so hard on this team from week to week.

That may be what you and some others want but for recruiting and stats it shows how good we are every year to make the tourney and how hard we actually work, hopefully it will all pay off in recruiting soon.

It is still an honor to make the tourney no matter what you do in it but of course all of us would love to win it.

Oh I'm weeping. Fire NTS I knew we should have gone with L-T a bit crass but has been around long enough to get the system. JumpinJack5 off the bench also looks pretty good to me, hell I would walk on with that team.

If I'm coaching, then I'm a playing coach. I can still shoot and pass better than anyone on our present roster. And, I can hit 9 of 10 from the FT line with my eyes closed. Waite is definitely the captain. He would have some kind of positive response to anything negative that might happen in any game, keeping the team focused on the win.

Some people have the patience of a 3 year old. It is what it is. I am at the end of the rope in terms of patience with lack of offense under Cronin (it's been long enough). I understand those who complain about that issue.

I am not even close to at the end of my rope for patience for this particular team. There is no way on Earth they are this bad at shooting...I am convinced it's mostly mental at this point. I know some of these guys can play better than they are.

These are two completely different issues that it seems many people are having a hard time separating. I may end up being very disappointed with this group of players in the long run...but right now they need our support and running them down serves no purpose (IMO).
