Well, since talk about Big XII expansion seems to be over, and UC's QB position is "wide open", I am concerned about my Bearcats. I keep looking at the schedule and can't get passed the third game in my mind---Houston at home. Houston have increased their resume' with last year's performance. They are catching UC on a short week, and Cincy will probably have a QB controversy going on. Tubs job will hinge on this game in my opinion--look out!

Tuberville only has his job still because they think his name holds weight in having a "big name" coach. The info they sent the Big 12 boasted Tuberville being coach of the year, etc., etc. I think they would look foolish sending those out and having fired tuberville or even not extending him. Sadly he is here to stay for the time being. This team under him will continue to disappoint. I renewed my seats again this year but sadly have no enthusiasm at all for the season.

I did not renew my tickets this year. I can not stand the style of play on both sides of the ball since TT took over. Hopefully it changes this year.

I renewed as a choice just to support the program and school and athletes. It's my little drop in the bucket but it's my Alma mater and I like to feel like I'm part of the team as dumb as that may sound, but I'm so far off the tuberville train. It's frustrating but I'm hoping for better days ahead.

LET'S TAKE A LOOK

How many active football coaches have more wins and a better winning percentage then Tubs? There are 7---Stoops of Oklahoma, Saban of Alabama, Kelly of Notre Dame, Johnson of Georgia Tech, Beamer of Virginia Tech, and Pinkel of Missouri---and at least two of these just retired. Sorry, I forgot Snyder at Kansas State

That's a great trivia question.

Would really like to see our football program get it going again because I truly believe that to get to a power 5 conference it has to be on the back of our football program. I think that is why we went with a name and a proven winner in Tubs when Jones left. He has not delivered the results I was hoping for to this point. Hope this year he gets things turned around.

Looks nice on a resume, my concern is him taking over a winning team in a bad conference and making it a mediocre team in a worse conference. What he's done in the past is just that -- the past. He has no excuses for why he's lost as much as he has here. Dantonio, kelly, Jones all got us to over achieve and win. That's what good coaches do. Tuberville has under achieved and is dropping the ball on recruiting, which should be his one advantage over up and coming young coaches. He should've won here based on talent and competition alone. He hasn't -- that's solely on him.
