Kansas State and Cincinnati considering Bobo Drummond 6" PG La Lumiere.

Seen listed from 5'10" to 6'0". Got out of his LOI to Southern Illinois. Things are starting to get interesting.

Scouting Report:

Strengths:
An excellent ballhandler, Bobo blends a quick first step, yo-yo dribbling, change of pace moves and the use of his stocky frame to keep defenders off balance and get into the lane. He knows how to feed the post and is willing to make the hit-ahead pass in transition, rather than needlessly keeping the ball in his hands and slowing down the fast break. Defensively, he has the strength and footwork to stay in front of opposing ballhandlers, and his hands are always active.

Weaknesses:
Moving forward, he will need to improve his outside jumper to be more of a scoring threat.

Bottom Line:
Drummond is a young floor general with maturity beyond his years. Perhaps most impressive is his passing ability, as he has excellent court vision and is extremely unselfish, but also has a good understanding of where to get his teammates the ball for them to maximize their scoring abilities.

Notes
Travel Team: Illinois Wolves...Illinois offered during his freshman year...Committed to Southern Illinois in Nov. 2010...

Jeff, do we have any shot at hood? I feel like that would be an absolute miracle. I haven't heard anything about him remotely considering UC.

Personally I'd be suprised if he signed but UC is working on him. Still think FSU or Duke.
