As for westside pottymouth, Chad is very good at getting us good info, so try to stay on good terms with him. Can't we all just get along (source, Rodney King)! Would be nice to keep him on campus to sign LOI wednesday. Kilpatrick possibly going to NBA could be a good selling point
Not sure if it's an ego thing. These guys work hard to make contacts and mine info, all they ask in return is a mention of where the info is received. "Morman on campus today, per Chad Brendel's twitter". It isn't like it was common knowledge. Same as citing any source across the spectrum of journalism.
That said, maybe the response came across as a bit snarky. Either way, enjoy Chad's contribution and his articles are very informative. Hope Morman has a good time

Yeah, that was great. Now lets go back to what this thread is really supposed to be about, DeShaun Morman. I say if he commits, sign him because we don't want to get left out in the dark. The only way this could backfire is if we have a good chance to get Lawrence, but with our lack of success in recent years trying to get the big fish, I would say take him. Plus, if SK leaves....... Idk, I guess it will be a judgement call for Mick.
PS Or even better, drop Gaines' scholly and get both Morman and Lawrence. (sounds best to me)
