I think the problem with the lack of caucasian players needs to be looked in to at least. If it were african-americans getting squeezed, it would be national news. We welcome young Twyman to UC but have to keep our eye on injustices, no matter who the victims are. I agree with AC that the fact that scholarships are not given or accepted to caucasion players. Why everyone explodes on him over this is questionable.

I think the job goes to the most qualified. If there was a more qualified white player, I would expect Mick to recruit and take that kid. And I think he would. This is a crazy argument.

I never denied that. And Pangos never gave us serious consideration as someone stated. Pangos' final picks were Gonzaga and Michigan. I read the boys website.

My point was diversity is nice, but ultimately, Mick must find guys who best fit the program. It is nice to see people with different backrounds, whether black, white, Chinese, etc. That's how the real world is, and you must be somewhat accustomed to different cultures. Plus, happy to see that Bearcat tradition is being carried on, we have such a great history as a program and we must emphasize it.
