They have the replay on the WatchESPN app. Turned it on just now for a second...he looks big. Can't wait for Rehfeldt to work with him. Saw on Twitter he had 10 PTS (5-6 FG) 9 REB 2 BLK.

I watched the first half. Solid looking big man. Good hands. Nice touch on the jumper and around the rim. Not a huge vertical but looked pretty agile for a almost 7 footer. Gonna get minutes as a freshman. On same AAU team with Trevon Duval as well as HS team. Hope they want to keep playing together.

Awesome to hear! Thank you for your input. I really hope Brooks can do some convincing. That would be incredible.

Just finally got a chance to watch advanced prep and sunrise Christian. Brooks looks really good, he looks 7 feet, uses his body well, plays with emotion, has good footwork, can run the floor and plays defense. I really think we got a good one with him even though he will play behind Kyle Washington for the most part for his first two years. I'm really impressed after watching him play against the best players in the country. He was clearly the best big man in the game and the other team had the 36th best player in the junior class that was a pf and brooks shut him down completely.

API is playing on ESPN3 right now. Second game i've seen Brooks in. He is a big body and rebounds and boxes out well. He gets his points off of offensive rebounds and Trevon Duval giving him great passes for layups and dunks basically. Other than that he is EXTREMELY raw. He gets lost on both sides of the ball a lot. Pretty clumsy runs out on close outs and either runs right past the offensive guy as they dribble for a layup or he runs into them and fouls them. He doesn't know anything about see ball see man. He's also constantly the last man up and down the court. Hopefully we can develop him. He probably wont see much time at all starting out unless we just have no one to put out there. Duval and the kid going to Baylor on API are real deal ballers.

Another kid for them I wish we would go after would be #21 good looking young prospect.

He was last up the court because he is getting defensive rebounds and his team pushes the ball up the court, he is the outlet passer, so that point is just dumb.

The person he was matched up against was Mohammed Bamba who is the best center prospect in the 2017 class extremely good looking player. When brooks was in the game he had 1 alley oop dunk over him other than that defensively I thought brooks did fine defending one of the best players in the country.

Brooks plays against the best players in the country every game and practices with them everyday he looks ready to play D1 college basketball right now, he's pretty mobile for a big man, he's a team player constantly giving his teammates high fives and is a good kid you want in your program.

Cumberland may be averaging 30ppg but he is playing against Ohio public school kids he isn't playing anywhere close to the talent of players brooks is playing against every game.

I get what your saying about cumberland, but he had a great summer season against some of the top talent so these numbers he's putting right now are no fluke I think he's that good. Looking at his sceadule I see he plays at moellar here in couple weeks I think I'm going to try to go see him play that one in person if I can get tickets(definitly rooting for Wilmington). Imo he will have a much bigger impact as a freshman than brooks...I could see him averaging ten or more in his first seaon
