After his Providence visit he was asked what were factors for choosing a school...
"Someone getting (me) better for the next level, trust, and winning."

Also said he wants to work on shooting, handles, defense, and rebounding.

Ok thanks. So he visited Maryland this past weekend, he visits Richmond tomorrow, then NC State the 20th? So we wouldn't hear more until then at best? The article mentions us, Rutgers, and Wake though...so that is 6? I'm confused...he cuts his list from 7 to 4, then schedules 3 visits, then adds us and Rutgers back to the list but as of now isnt going to visit?

We probably won't hear anything until the 20th idk and I'm sorry it's 6 not 5 my bad. He probably cut it to 4 and rethought it and wanted to consider all 7 schools again then Ucla dropped out yesterday or whenever so in a summary yes we are still being considered.

He was suspended for about a month during the season and now dismissed? At 6'2" he also shot 41.3% FG and 21.7% 3FG and just under 70% FT. His FT are weird bc he made 130+ every year at 79% or better, then fell off last year...but he did shoot 262 FT in 26 games. (71 more than SO). His 3s also arent that bad. He took 90 as a FR, then only 46 his JR year. So unlike Mason, he realizes he's low % and stopped taking so many.

Marquez Letcher-Ellis is a 6-7 small forward that is shooting up the charts this summer and he just got his first crystal ball and its to UC, great news.

David don't agree with your most coaches want to go into next season with a set starting five. Coaches look for players to work hard in off season. Most end of year speeches from coaches have to do with no one is guaranteed a starting spot next year. You better be working hard over the summer. Everything is wide open. If Guyn beats out TC it will be because he outplayed him. What happened last year was Mick tried to play TC when he needed more offense and Guyn when he needed more defense. Of course foul trouble may have made it necessary to adjust as well. Both players had their strengths and weaknesses. This year I look for the upper class men to provide strength off the bench much like Bishop,Davis and the rest of bomb squad.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. What I was saying was ideally when coaches pick a starting five from day one of the season, they would like to keep that starting five all year. I didn't mean they want to set their line-up the previous year. I don't think coaches go into a season and want someone they chose to start to not be able to handle the starting duties. My specific point if I remember correctly was that he's seen enough from both Guyn and Caupain by this point and whoever wins the starting job between the two will likely not be replaced by the other midseason. Someone said they expected Guyn to start the year at point and Caupain to take over and start by the end of the year. I disagreed.

He averaged 13 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assist a game. Has the size at 6'4'' to hypothetically play the 3 spot in a three guard offense. Seems like he'd make perfect sense for this one season. There were a few other guards that recently decided to transfer from high majors too. That is why it always good to keep that last scholarship open.
