Clark setting a screen up top to initiate the offense and rolling back behind the line is one of my favorite things we do. He always makes good decisions with the ball and he'll only get more comfortable next year.

I agree with you though, don't need those guys living out there. But it is nice to have the threat for spacing purposes.
Yea it keeps the defense honest. Especially with a team with a good sized big or UCF. First time we won because our bigs made 3s. If the big comes out you have the lane open for yourself or someone else. If not. You shoot it

At some point it would be nice if Clark developed a lil better handles and drove to the rim on bigger forwards too. He is still a problem though

Agree. Clark doesn't need to improve anything on defense. Just slightly improve ball handling and slightly improve he's shot, and he's good to go. He started getting more aggressive the last month.

I posted a separate thread about the AAC because I didn't see these comments.

But man, if WSU is added, I really like the AAC next year.

WSU will be a top 10-15 team next year
UC will be top 10-15
UCONN will be top 25
UCF will be top 40
SMU should be top 40

Assuming we play all these teams twice thats 8 chances at top 50 wins in our conference alone.

I would think that Memphis, Houston, Temple, & Tulsa would all be top 100 games (assuming they don't schedule so shitty in the NON CON)

Only 3 teams in the AAC should be outside the top 100 next year: Tulane, ECU & South Florida.

Why would Tulsa be Top 100?

Is ECU getting better too? South Florida might not have a team lol.

We gotta get at least one non conference game besides Xavier and the Cayman tourney. Our schedule will be fine next year. Only thing left to do is schedule more teams like Bowling Green or Marshall rather than Samford and Farliegh Dickerson

Why would Tulsa be Top 100?

Tulsa was pretty bad this year BUT also super super young and was still #131 in RPI

IF they improve and continue to develop (and schedule well) I see zero reason why Tulsa isn't top 100.

Worst case they fall right outside of it.

Im not a Frank Haith Fan but I do think he is a decent coach

He's a program destroyer.

Dang. UF has 4 4*'s as does UL. Of course UK has 5 5*'s and AZ has many studs coming in. Amazing how well we do with under the radar guys. Need top talent tho for deep runs. Look at JC vs JE-III ( my two fav players). Ratings don't mean everything but I can see the difference between them. Need JE confident and aggressive next yr.

Need more 4*'s whom are 4*'s for what they are. Not for what they'll become ( Shaq and biggie). Here's to hoping we get some top talent.

I don't think we will get a ton of respect until we prove we can beat good teams consistently or make a run. Which is fair I think
