We played 7 quad 4 games last year....
And got mad when they weren’t all sellouts

This years team :
Quad 1: 2-6
Quad 2: 7-0
Quad 3: 9-4
Quad 4: 2-0
Last years team:
Q1: 5-5
Q2: 7-1
Q3: 10-0
Q4: 6-1
One team had a safely in resume and one doesn’t.
One of these lists includes the postseason and one doesn't.
Adjusted to accurately compare YTD vs. YTD:
This years team: 30 games to date
Quad 1: 2-6
Quad 2: 7-0
Quad 3: 9-4
Quad 4: 2-0
Last years team: 32 games to date
Q1: 4-4
Q2: 6-1
Q3: 9-0
Q4: 6-1
*Last year's team had 2 more games.
**This years team has a chance to add 2 more Q1 wins and 1 Q3 win before selection Sunday. Not saying it will happen, but please don't skew the stats to fit your narrative.
There's a Beavis and Butthead reference in here somewhere.
For someone who argues every point, seems hard to imagine you overlooked that glaring detail.I didn’t skew anything.
I just googled 2019 UC team sheet and this came up

I don’t think that is even a question. Sweet 16 is way better in every respect including the fact that you close the season ranked in the top 20 - big time recruiting tool.I’m referring to this year. The question is would you rather win the conference tourney this year, then lose the first game of the tourney or lose in the conference tourney and make the sweet 16. I ask the question because some people just want to make the tourney. Don’t really care about winning the thing. Since it’s random. So is it just hearing our name called? Is that the exciting part? Or would you want to give up a conference championship in order to win a couple games in the big one. There is no right or wrong, just curious about what people like more.
This is a short sighted statement.
Last year, we returned just one double digit scorer.
Keith was a dud his freshmen year
Tre was a career back
Brooks was a back up
Jenifer was a marginal player, who didn’t blossom into a shooter until last year
Fredericks wasn’t ready
Cane Broome struggled at this level
Eliel was just a dude who could rebound
Hardnett was a redshirt
Prince redshirted
Logan was just a 3 star freshmen, unheralded
I mean last years team lost gary, Kyle and then jake to the draft.
They weren’t supposed to be good.
Look at that group of guys from an unbiased lens and you see 1 good player, at least going into the season.
people really should look up cane broome's numbers in 2018.
If he struggled his Jr year, I'd love to know some opinions of other players we've had.
His Jr year has to be one of the most underrated/underappreciated years of any player we had under Cronin. Really is a shame we moved him off ball as a Sr cause that was just stupid. Really stupid he played less than 50% of the game as a Jr as well.
I think Cane gets a bad rap because he was this dynamic scorer at Sacred heart and conference player of the year and people expected that to translate here. He came from probably the worst conference in D1 to a "power 6" . I think Cane was greatly under appreciated at UC because he didn't average 20 points a game people consider him a bust.

Part of that is also on him for coming to probably the worst school in the country if his goal was to score points.
Shit. You right boo
Jarron Cumberland’s busted ass shoulda went to Xavier. Ain’t no way dat boy finna score points here.
And SK... never shoulda left New York if he wanted to drop buckets.
Both those dudes had no free reign. Coach held them Back, they coulda dropped 80 a game.
How many minutes and touches did they get compared to Broome? Gtfo with 2 players in 10 years
why even respond to him. his response had nothing at all to do with what i posted.
Hmmm. I wasn’t responding to you.
I’m a cane Broome fan.
But I was responding to the comment that if your a scorer you picked the wrong team.
Which is crazy considering our former coach has 3 players on the UC’s top 10 all time scoring list:
#2 SK
#4 Deonta Vaughn
#7 Jarron Cumberland
30% of UC’s all time scoring leaders played for Mick
2 played for Huggins
Yancy # 16
Gary #17
Troy 24
Cash 25
Yea. If you can score don’t go play for mick lol
