They might not look as good if the refs weren't letting them hold on every play. The ou d has to be getting frustrated by the no calls

The streak of landing great coaches had to run out one day didn't it? Tuberville needs to go. Cincinnati is still a good destination job for an up and coming coach, but it's not a landing spot for a guy like Kelly or Dantonio. We can still get a good coach and we've upgraded our facilities which will only make it easier to get recruits and a good coach to come in. The problem will still be the same- keeping them here. I really thought with the upgraded Nippert and Tuberville in his 3rd year we were bound for a breakout season.

Guys like you are never easy to please. Just like the guys last year complaining about Kiel. Now they're complaining about Moore. Rest assured if Tuberville leaves, you'll be complaining about the next guy.

Welcome to the truth. Eventually you guys will ALL come around. BYU+Houston to the Big 12.

I know it's difficult for you to have a logical conversation. But even you would have to acknowledge the geographic location makes byu a difficult choice. The b12 would be moving as far west as they are east with wv. I don't believe the pros outweigh the cons with byu. Better program than us, yes... But limited.

I love the fact that people believe that a single football game, or even a full season plus one game, is somehow going to propel a school into a conference. I could make a very logical argument that beating Oklahoma actually hurts UH as much as helps them.

But the facts on the ground haven't changed, and there are a ton of factors that play into this thing. And only one school checks every single box.

I think it's shortsighted to say that it doesn't matter. Winning a single game against a top 3 team in the conference you want in will bring loads of attention. Timing counts for alot. Prob not a deciding factor but helps perception.

And the only box that really matters is if a team can help the conference get to the playoffs. That's why they want to expand.

Furthermore, as a proud graduate of UC, I'm embarrassed by pseudo "fandom" of certain people posting on this board. Never a single positive thing to say. It's not life and death. It's sports. It's meant to be fun. We can be upset when our school loses and be politely critical without all the constant negativity, personal attacks and cynical vitriol.

If you want sunshine and rainbows all the time, go be a fan of Ohio State. Or Kentucky. Or Houston.

Maybe you find losing fun...most people don't.

Houston is a lock for B12

Based on what, my friend?
Ask yourself this question: if you're a B12 member right now, and football is all you care about (hypothetically), why would you bring in a new member that will add competition for recruits in places you've had free reign?

For Christ's sake, guys...use your freaking brains.

Because the big 12 wants to be in national championship games... They are not adding teams for more money, although that's an added benefit. Open your eyes

Sports are played to win. Go tell that crap to the Olympic participants from Brazil that. You have real good genuine people sacrificing everything they have to get Olympic medal not to just go represent.
