Wow. Tennessee is had. What year is this for Barnes? Not sure that's going to work out.

This is his second season. That program was in bad shape when he took over having to fire Tyndall after just 1 season where they overachieved to a 16-16 record. He'll get them to NIT level soon enough.

Tennessee ended up winning by 20, they held Lipscomb to 19 second half points after allowing 58 in the first half.

Memphis and Oklahoma in battle early in the second half memphis down 6
South Florida leads #16 south caralina by six with a minute left in first half

Some of the last opportunities for big wins for the aac before conference play. I know UConn has auburn still, smu has stand ford left, and we have xavier but this is about is it for the conference in terms of notable ooc

Auburn just got Austin Wiley too. He's a 5-star center who is in the class of 2017. Enrolled early and is immediately eligible. Crazy, had no idea that was possible in basketball. He should help them out a lot.

Memphis still ended up winning in OT. Nice win for the AAC. USF played South Carolina tough but looks like they are going to lose.

Has anyone seen this whole thing where a team plays twice through the week (Monday-Friday). I see Duke plays again tonight when they just played Monday. SMU played Monday and Tuesday. I have noticed this a couple of other times this year just weird to me. I don't remember that ever happening, besides beginning of the year tournaments.

Might just be necessary to finish the non-con for some teams, between finals and Christmas being on a weekend. Neither SMU or Duke have a Xavier type non-con game squeezed in the conference schedule.
