Bill Self sent a message tonight to the Kansas bigs by starting Udoka Azubuike. Either produce or get left behind. No one's mins are safe.

I wish our coach did stuff like this.

In your mind and others, what does our coach do right? From scheduling, to recruiting, to not playing the right people, to tempo, to not playing reserves at the end of the gamee, etc. What exactly does he do correct? Would love to hear this from everyone.

Topic for another thread. Short answer: he does quite a bit right. Just saying I would like to see accountability though. Johnson screwed up royally in the Rhode Island game (and his entire career), but nothing happens. In fact, he ends up playing 30 minutes a game since then. I remember Clark scoring 0 against Xavier...nothing. Coach wants toughness but never shows tough love. Instead, he empathizes with our players when they're at their worst. Not my preference. It's not like I'm saying he should be fired or something...just wish he'd take a page from the book of a much more successful coach.

What thread should I post it in because I hear a lot of negativity and about every little thing he does or I guess lack there of so just curious to see if he does anything right? I thought it was pretty cool to hear how he has the most wins at his age. But then hear other stuff I never would have thought of like scheduling, had no clue he makes the worse scheduling possible just stuff like that I'm curious to know of some postives from the people on this blog. You say there is many so just would like to hear it.

I watched Kentucky last night. They are a absolute force. This could turn out to be one of Calipari's best team. They are athletic and deep.

The IU-UNC game was everything you'd hope for in college hoops. IU pulled away 76-67 in the end.
