I'll be interested in the Wichita St at Memphis. The shockers are favored by 8. I would not be surprised to see Memphis win.

Shame about his toe. This Manhattan game is very good regardless though. They sent it into overtime on an out-of-bounds play with 0.8 seconds left that resulted in a lob dunk.

Definitely! Even if Lawrence was healthy this year, no way he would have been an anchor for us like Ellis has been so far

Was telling my dad the same thing yesterday. At the time, even with Lawrence's injuries and struggles, I thought to myself "What a downgrade. Went from a 5-star recruit to a juco that was already here and showed very little." Boy doesn't that statement sound silly now. So glad we have Ellis over "Maine Story."

Memphis is hanging in there with Wichita State thus far. Both teams look sloppy, I've got this game on in the background I've seen WSU miss 4 point blank layups. Shockers lead 29-22 at the half.

Yeah they're up by 5 a couple minutes into the 2nd half right now. If Memphis does win it will just boost our RPI when we destroy them.
Update: Nvm they are down by 14 now lol

Well...that score escalated quickly. I still can't figure out how Memphis recruits as well as they do. It seems like they underachieve each year.

I love great defense, but extremely low scoring games don't reflect well on your program. If 2 teams combine to score less than 80 points, it's more than just great defense -- there's some really bad offense being played. I hope we manage to stay out of the 30's and 40's this year. We only managed 52 against St. Francis, so I'm not optimistic.

Watching this game it is no surprise why Utah has just 33 points. SDSU is ridiculously good defensively, comparable to UC last year...
