It would be interesting to see us take on a one seed in the second round. But I would like to avoid izzo in the first round (lunardi had playing msu)

I would prefer a 10 seed then 8/9. If you look at the odds, historically a 10 seed has a 17% chance of getting to the second weekend. The 8 seed has 9.8% and the 9 seed has 3.3%.

Yes I agree, the 1 seed looming in the second round makes a sweet 16 run very challenging. itll be interesting a win tonight should possibly bump us up above the 8-9 seed slot

TeamRankings.com has us bumped up to the best 5 seed after the win last night (17th overall). That seems very high.
